Event Spaces

If your business or organization is looking for a unique event space that is centrally located and easily accessible, Syracuse Hancock International Airport offers a variety of conference rooms to fit your needs. Our Facility Use Policy (found in the Facility Use Packet below) is intended to allow both private and public events. The airport also provides ample parking at reasonable rates. In addition, audio visual equipment is included in the facility use fee. Should you need overnight accomodations the Best Western is convienetly located on-airport.

Event spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We have different sized conference rooms and an event space which can accommodate up to 500 people. On-site catering service is available; please contact the Airport at 315-454-3263 for additional information.

Mayor's Ball 2014 

Syracuse Hancock International Aiport was chosen as the site for the 2014 Mayor's Ball on Jan. 18th. It was our first event held in our new space and it was quite a success!
