Which Car Rental Companies are located at the Airport?

Avis, Budget, Dollar (315) 455-7500, Enterprise, Hertz and National currently operate at the Airport and have counters in the Main Lobby area of the Terminal Building. Thrifty is located near the Airport and will provide shuttle service.

What does it cost to park at the Airport?

Current rates for parking in the open lot are $6.50 per day (6-24 hours) and $8.00 per day(12-24 hours) in the parking garage. Short term parking is also available at pro-rated fees. Allright Parking Syracuse, Inc., manages the parking facilities at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Methods of payment accepted include cash, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express) and personal checks. Personal checks are cleared through Telecheck. How do I get to Syracuse Hancock International Airport?

Syracuse Hancock International Airport is easily accessible from Interstate 81 and Interstate 90 (the New York State Thruway.) From Route 81, follow signs to Exit 27. There is direct access to Colonel Eileen Collins Boulevard, which is the main entrance road to the Airport. From Interstate 90, follow signs for Exit 36 to Interstate 81 North, then Exit 27. At the present time there is no currency exchange located at the Airport.

Where are the ATMs located?

Key Bank has an ATM located in the main lobby area across from the Car Rental Counters, next to the International Airport Barber Shop. Partners and Trust Bank has ATMs located on the second level outside each security checkpoint.

Where are the taxi service counters located?

Century Taxi and Transportation is the ground transportation service provider at Syracuse Hancock International Airport. The taxi service dispatch counters are located in the baggage claim areas in Terminal A and B. Fares must be prepaid at these dispatch counters. Other taxi service required must be prearranged by the traveler prior to their arrival at the Airport.

Is there a shuttle service to nearby hotels?

Most hotels have their own shuttle service. Some hotels may be reached by using the Courtesy phones at the Syracuse Reservation and Information kiosks located in the Baggage Claim areas of both terminals.

Is there a Bus Service to the Bus or Train terminal?

CENTRO operates a daily bus service from the Airport to downtown Syracuse. Schedules are located in terminal ticketing areas or you may call CENTRO at (315) 442-3400 for more information. Shuttle Service to the Regional Transportation Center is available. Upon request the bus will stop at the William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center (Greyhound/Trailways Bus and Amtrak). Reservations can be made at the Century Taxi Counter. The cost for the shuttle service will be offered at a discount from the taxi fare.
