Wi-Fi is a growing wireless network with applications uniquely tailored for the traveling public. This service is powered by Time Warner Cable Business Class and provided by the Department of Aviation at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport.
Check your e-mail, Surf the Net, or Access your corporate network. Stay connected using your Wi-Fi enabled notebook computer or PDA for free. Access this service from anywhere throughout the Airport Terminal. This includes the Main Terminal, Concourse A and B, areas right outside security and in the baggage claim area.
Start with your notebook computer or PDA off and a Wi-Fi card (if not integrated) installed. Turn on your computer. Launch your Web browser to the WiFi "Splash Page". Accept the service terms and your connection will be activated. In some cases, you may need to set your SSID to "hancock_intl_airport" (without the quotes, case-sensitive).
The Time Warner Cable Business Class Helpdesk provides further assistance should you have any questions or technical problems using the Syracuse Hancock International Airport Wi-Fi service. Connect to the support team by dialing 1-866-536-7676 from any telephone or 0 from a white courtesy phone in the terminal areas.
