Conference Services

Syracuse Hancock International Airport offers a variety of conference rooms to fit your needs. These rooms can be used for meetings, interviews, training sessions or general purposes. In addition to be utilized by Airport tenants, the conference rooms are available to the general public.

Conferences rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have different sized conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 125 people, depending on the configuration. On-site catering service is available; please contact Delaware North Company Travel and Hospitality Services at (315) 455-7444 for rates.

All conference rooms are equipped with audio-visual capabilities (we regret that at this time Internet service and teleconferencing capabilities are not available). If you need these services, please contact the Airport Inn-Best Western at (315) 455-7362.
