Conferences rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and we have different sized conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 125 people, depending on the configuration. All conference rooms are equipped with audio-visual capabilities (we regret that at this time that teleconferencing capabilities are not available). If you need these services, please contact the Airport Inn-Best Western at (315) 455-7362.
